The manager they dealt with Rob, we believe, used shady tac My elderly parents purchased a new Hyundai from this dealership a little over a month ago. The manager they dealt with Rob, we believe, used shady tactics to "sell" them a warranty. My parents are in their 80's, going blind, and stated many times to me they did not "purchase" any kind of extended warranty nor did they want one. They wanted the vehicle and no extras. I reviewed their paperwork and there was a warranty added to the price of the vehicle for over $2000. They decided to go back into the dealership after being very upset and confront the manager regarding the issue. They told me he basically tried to tell them they were liars, that they signed for it, and blah blah blah. What customer is going to be upset if they actually purchased something? I mean come on, this is common sense. My parents are elderly, losing their eyesight and it's obvious to us he tried to sneak it into the paperwork and take advantage of them. I've heard many horror stories of this happening at dealerships in the finance office and this place is no exception. More

Great experience with Maggi! My mom and I went to Pride Hyundai in hopes of buying a new car for me and we both ended up leaving the lot with leases! We worked with Maggi Cedano, and she was absolutely fantastic! Some salespersons can be pushy, but Maggi was not. My mom and I took our time debating whether or not we should lease cars, and Maggi was very patient with us and super helpful during the process! Salesman outright lied to me! I went in on Saturday to test drive a Kona. I explained to the salesman right at the beginning that this would be only the second new car I’ve purchas I went in on Saturday to test drive a Kona. I explained to the salesman right at the beginning that this would be only the second new car I’ve purchased in my life (I’m 62) and that is was really important to me to get the car in blue. We test drove the car and loved it. We sat down to start the process of purchasing it and he said he had to check if they could get the blue one (there were none in the lot). He came back and said they checked within 100 miles and there were no blue Kona’s at any of the dealers. At this point I started to cry because I really loved the car. He told me it would take three month to get one in as it would have to be built at the factory for me. As it turns out there were at least two Hyundai dealers in the area that had blue Konas on there lots! He even said that if a dealer said they had one they were lying. Well I bought a blue Kona from a dealer the next day who HAD one on his lot. I can’t believe he lied to me that way knowing how I felt. More
