We're so sorry that you did not have the best experience at our dealership, that is certainly never our intention. We normally do not schedule deliveries for Saturday because they are the busiest day of the week, however, because we originally had an appointment scheduled for Thursday that you had to cancel and then had a tentative reschedule for Friday that you also had to cancel, Cameron was trying to accommodate by telling you to come in on Saturday. That particular Saturday happened to be extremely busy and there were already people waiting to go into the finance office when you arrived. We apologize for the wait, it's difficult to accommodate everyone when there are already customers waiting to meet with the finance manager and they see someone walk in and enter ahead of them. What we should have done was asked you to come in first thing in the morning when we opened so that we could guarantee getting you in and out. We're human too and we make mistakes, but we learn from them and change to continuously improve the customer experience. We have certainly learned from your experience and will make the necessary changes to ensure this doesn't occur in the future. As for the gentleman that mentioned having to wait at the doctors office and the Finance Manager who messed up your paperwork, well both of them are no longer with us because that is not the type of service we want to provide our customers. In the end, we want all our customers to be happy so we sincerely apologize and hope you are enjoying your vehicle.
