I was scheduled for my 16,000 check in on Tuesday 12/5, confirmed my appointment, and showed up to the dealership for my 4:30 appointment. The man at the desk told me he wouldn’t be able to get me in that confirmed my appointment, and showed up to the dealership for my 4:30 appointment. The man at the desk told me he wouldn’t be able to get me in that day and that they overbooked appointments. I said,”ok I’m worried about my oil change since I’m overdue for one so whenever the earliest you can get me in is fine” and the guy replied “the earliest I can get you in is December 20th. Im just trying to get you in on a less busy day.” He was sort of combative and I wasn’t sure what he was trying to communicate by arguing with me about the day- I just wanted the next available opening. Finally we somehow were able to get me in on Friday 12/8 at 4:00. I waited for 2 hours. I also didn’t get my next date of service sticker or a new inspection sticker, which would’ve been nice but I guess the best they could do was let me know they couldn’t see me once I got there for my appointment and then force me to wait 2 hours once they decided to finally see me 3 days later. The only reason I’m not rating 1 star is because I’ve been fairly impressed with the customer service until this point. More

My windshield was damaged while my car was at the dealership for service! I notified Michael Costa the next morning got no satisfaction. I have just emailed the owner last nite! I'm starting to feel like dealing with this place is obstructing my mental health. Was told I wouldn't be charged to see what was wrong with my suspension. Then I was charged anyways. $50 was taken off, but when I'm told by an employee of the dealer I wouldn't be charged, then it should ha my suspension.
