Poor customer service and lack of experience. Was told to bring vehicle on one day and then they could not take it. Bought two 2024 Hyundai’s. from Pride in June and for a change, buying a new car WAS a pleasant experience. Maggi did an excellent job of displaying her selling skills by being from Pride in June and for a change, buying a new car WAS a pleasant experience. Maggi did an excellent job of displaying her selling skills by being personable, knowledgeable and honest. Her Manager Nicole was involved by negotiating a trade in and price that was acceptable to both parties thereby eliminating the grueling back and forth necessary with so many dealerships. I won’t be needing another vehicle for many years but anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle would be wise to check out Pride Hyundai. More
