**Update 11/10: Received one call. Was supposed to receive another call to resolve this but no feedback as of yet. Happy to update this accordingly if resolved. Well, picked up an used Odyssey and the front right wheel bearing is bad. That's a safety item so couldn't wait and had it replaced at a local shop. Live too far away to drive to Delaware. Hopefully Price Honda can review and reach out to me for some splitting of repair. More

Bought a car for cash. Dealership processed it as if it was financed. Never received the title. Called dealership for help and never received a call back. There is no negative stars, but there should be. I had extensive work done, then noticed that some things didn't work. Dead switches, malfunctioning sensors etc...I took it back to Price and was charged a extensive work done, then noticed that some things didn't work. But the people in the service department are about getting paid (and alot at that!) and don't seem to care about the customer at all. More
When I had my car serviced there in mid 2018 and had front brakes installed. Told then that I had a little time left on my rear brakes. Just went in for my appointment to have my rear brakes done and my front brakes installed. Told then that I had a little time left on my rear brakes. Just went in for my appointment to have my rear brakes done and my wheel bearings checked, told they were backed up from the holidays and didn't know when they could get to me. Then they tell me there is a fee of $170 to diagnose my brakes and a fee of $40 to diagnose my wheel bearings. I asked if the fee is waive if the work is done....NO!. Okay, I am there to specifically to get my brakes done and you want to charge me a fee to diagnose? Ah, no!!!! Everywhere else it is free to check my brakes. Needless to say, not going back. The coupon I had was for $219 for brakes and turning rotors. So....rear brakes for $389......I paid $280 elsewhere. Plus, no charge to check my wheel bearings since they were right there fixing my brakes. More
I made an appointment for service to have the battery replaced. The service tech did not install the bracket that holds the battery in place in the engine compartment after he replaced the battery, The replaced. When I went to start my vehicle there was a notification on my display screen stating that my radio was in the locked position and I had to call the service to show me how to unlock it. This is all because I did not buy the vehicle from Price and all the repair work was under warranty. I only had to pay $20 for a tire rotation. They need to upgrade there support staff with competent people. More
