Sales dept. great, service not so much. my salesman was Masen...no issues at all with him, easy to work with and friendly. the service dept. could use some help with customer service. afte my salesman was Masen...no issues at all with him, easy to work with and friendly. the service dept. could use some help with customer service. after my service was completed my truck was pulled up to the office and set for about (3 to 5) minuets before i got up and said something to the staff behind the counter, mind you i was the only customer in the service office waiting on a vehicle so it wasn't like they were over whelmed. Service Includes Followup Eddy Flores your service advisor saw that a defective coil was replaced on our 1999 Expedition and also checked on service that was done previously. Eddy Flores your service advisor saw that a defective coil was replaced on our 1999 Expedition and also checked on service that was done previously. He ran through the battery that was installed earlier this year and replaced it as it did not meet the on going specs.
