Price Ford did service work on our Ford Expedition and over tightened the lugs after rotating the tires. 7 days later all of the lug bolts burst, almost chasing our deaths on our way home to Alaska. We went off the road, and over the edge of the shoulder when the tire came off and caused significant damage to the vehicle. Had it been a 1/4 mile sooner we would have gone over a 100+ foot drop to the river below. It was-30° f in the Yukon and we had to wait for hours until the first vehicle passed by. When we asked them to fix the problem by reimbursing us for the repair costs they said it was not their problem. We are now stuck with a 20k dollar repair bill and are praising God that we are alive and only sustained minor injuries. Do not trust them or their service team. More
