Best customer service especially from Tom Barrett, Ed Smith, and James Preston. They went over beyond, wasn't pushy, Listen to my situation of needing a car in 3 days to return the rental car and to go o Smith, and James Preston. They went over beyond, wasn't pushy, Listen to my situation of needing a car in 3 days to return the rental car and to go of town They spent 7 hrs the first day helping me look for a car Gave me a loaner car to use for 4 days at no cost to me. They were even willing to let me use the loaner car to use it to go out of town If we couldnt find a car before I needed to go. They stayed over Saturday hour and a 1/2 past closing. To find something I like in my price range along with getting me a lower interest rate. It was very thoughtful that Tom left his card with a $2 bill in my gas tank.
