My experience at Preston Well to start I bought at Preston before. I bought a 2016 Kia Soul. My experience then was good. This was one of the reasons I came back. My sales person is no longer employed there, but I thought I would try them again. First my broughter asked me about my 2016 Soul and I recommended it very highly. He needed a vehicle that would help him with his handicapped wife. He did some measurements and found it would be good. He asked me for a recommendation for which dealer to use, Preston or Mentor Kia. I told him although Mentor is a lot closer I would use Preston due to their fantastic buying experience. So he did buy there. Then I took my Soul in for service and as usual I looked at New Souls while waiting. My sales person Tom Barrett was fantastic. He never used any high pressure. He treated me as if I was an old friend while being professional. I won’t go into my experience with each other Individual but they all was exceptional all the way up to Pat Preston himself. I did buy the Soul+ and am so very satisfied with it. I did go back the next day to drop off the spare key fob from my 2016 that I traded in. My wife was with me. She was looking at a Optima while I took care of my business. She also talked with Tom Barrett and ended up buying the Optima. I won’t go into her experience. I’ll let her do that when she does her survey, but I am sure it will be exceptional too. When I’m ready for another I will be back to Preston. Also I will use their service department too. An upsetting thing when you hear. "You need a new engine" A gigantic problem that could make me a total wreck with worry, and you guys handled it with the least amount of tension on my part, You actually mad A gigantic problem that could make me a total wreck with worry, and you guys handled it with the least amount of tension on my part, You actually made the time I had to wait for my car enjoyable. I loved my loaner car. I have to take my brother back and forth, he has terminal cancer, and the first thing I worried about was "I need a car". You really took care of that. Also, I couldn't believe you got it done so fast. Still have a problem with the low tire pressure light not going out. Will be back with that as soon as I can get there. You really did a great job of taking the pressure off of me. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Car runs great so far. Just the light problem. Thank you. More

He was very informative and his interactions did not seem pushy, which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and helped us feel like we were making an informed decision. Bill gave us the right amount of information regarding the controls of the Equinox. We had enough information to safely leave your dealership and an offer for us to stop back in a few days so he could tell us more. Had he given us any more information at that time, it likely would have been overwhelming. We had to return a few days later to sign some papers and were greeted by Bill to make sure we didn't need further explanation. Bill did explain the process regarding the service department. We did not meet the team. I am confident that we will meet them when we need to. I would also like to add that the prompting done by Bill Preston should be recognized. Bill P. said he would do anything he could to help us lease a vehicle that day. We were also considering a vehicle at another dealership. Had it not been for Bill P., we would have left to take some time to compare the two vehicles and make our decision. He made us feel like we got a really good deal and gave us the nudging that we needed. We were very impressed by the interactions we had with your entire staff. Everybody was kind and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the process. More
