Wow. The folks at this dealership blew me away. Our sales guy Brian Lightner was beyond helpful. He gave us smart advice for this purchase and even helped us plan ahead. Like Brian, Mike went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I never thought I would ever be able to buy a car with a ton of student debt on my shoulders, but these guys got it done. So many small, pleasant details. They opened doors for us. They got us beverages, they put us at ease right away about being a married lesbian couple and treated us like we mattered. They love animals, appreciate good tattoos...there are just so many positives. These are good, solid folks and I would have a beer with them any day of the week. Brian and his staff worked on my Kia for countless hours trying to diagnose the issue, at the end of the day they nailed it down to way more in repairs than I was willing to pay. I was able to get over to JJ Moore and Bill Preston who teamed up and got us a killer deal on a 2017 Chevy SUV and we were able to drive off the lot the same day with financing through Preston. Every transition as well as conversation was professional and very honest. They knew we were in there for a reason and they did not try to capitalize on our situation.
