What I am truly impressed with is how Brian Lightner remains in constant contact with my purchase throug for vehicles, service, and customer service! What I am truly impressed with is how Brian Lightner remains in constant contact with my purchase throughout the life of my vehicle. His attention to detail on providing customer service is flawless. I recently had my truck serviced which included a car wash. The car wash inadvertently loosened my truck’s bed cover and eventually flew off while driving. Brian Lightner immediately sprung into action along with Adam and Marc, and replaced my truck cover. This is the type of exceptional customer service that keeps me coming back to Preston Chevrolet.
