Day one, the service and friendliness were the first things that brought me to Preston. It’s not even the closest dealer to me, but I chose it due to the interactions with the staff and the honest commu things that brought me to Preston. It’s not even the closest dealer to me, but I chose it due to the interactions with the staff and the honest communication I knew I was getting versus other dealers. BRIAN Lightner became my sales guy, and I can assure you while waiting for my brand new traverse, I may have texted him over 20 times trying to make the decision. He was more than supportive and never made me feel like I was ever a bother to him! Best experience ever buying a car! More

My husband and I had a great experience with Bill Hale at Preston's. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Bill had been helping me out all week and made sure the car we wanted to see was ready for us when we ar Preston's. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I went to Preston Kia today with a particular model & a specific price in mind. Nick treated me at the door & within 3 hrs I was driving home with the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.
