We visited Preston for the first time looking for a new automobile. We were greeted warmly by staff and management including the owners. Salesman Josh Cherney was outstanding. JJ Moore and Adam Brown went above and beyond. Sunday night my 2022 TRAVERSE wouldn't start. AAA towed it to the closest dealership in Randolph Ohio. Monday morning they called and told me th Sunday night my 2022 TRAVERSE wouldn't start. AAA towed it to the closest dealership in Randolph Ohio. Monday morning they called and told me that they couldn't look at it until Friday. I contacted JJ because I was leaving for vacation on Wednesday. I ended up getting another tow.to Preston Chevrolet and that is where Adam was able to.check the problem and fix it immediately. Thank you so much for your help.
