This is my first vehicle purchasing from Holden Dodge Dover Delaware, but it certainly won’t be my last. Upon my arrival, I had the pleasure of being approached by a friendly a kind sales man Joe Wood. M Dover Delaware, but it certainly won’t be my last. Upon my arrival, I had the pleasure of being approached by a friendly a kind sales man Joe Wood. Mr. Wood introduced himself and asked if he could be of any assistance. I informed him that I was looking for a 2021 Dodge Durango RT that I saw online. He escorted me to the section of the lot and we discussed the vehicle. He also asked about the 2017 Durango GT that I drove up in, asking how I liked the Durango and did I purchase it from them. He completed me on my vehicles great condition and asked if I wanted to test drive the 2021 Durango RT and immediately went to get the keys. Once he drove the truck to my location on the lot, he asked if I was planning on trading in my 2018 or keeping it. I informed him that I would be trading it and he asked if I wanted him to have it appraised, while I was test driving. Upon my return from test driving Joe had not only my appraisal paperwork, he had worked out several options on the 2021. We discussed in detail and I told him that I needed to think about it. He was very understanding. Later that afternoon, I called him asked him to work several other options up and within 30 minutes Joe texted me the information. After receiving final information, my wife and I asked Joe to meet us at 9:00am, on Saturday. He was there waiting when we arrived and was very attentive, even though there was plenty of activity going on around the dealership. Mr. Joe Wood made this buying experience a pleasurable one. I arrived (the second tim) approximately 5 minutes before my scheduled appt. I waited for 45 minutes before they were finished with the vehicle.
