Absolutely the best car-buying experience I've ever had, going back to 1978 and about 10 new cars! My experience at Prestige was nothing short of what I expected as I was referred there by a friend and heard all great things. My sales person Nick was very informative and made sure I knew everything about the 2007 Dodge I was looking at. He left nothing out. The truck was a little bit over my price range, but the sales manager, Tony, worked tirelessly to get the monthly payment to where I was comfortable with, INCLUDING giving me top dollar for my trade-in. I am a Cape May County resident and I even drive to Prestige to get my new truck serviced. This is the worst Place I have been to in Years, not only did they not have the Jetta in the model I wanted, they were very pushy and aggressive with selling what they had. I was looking for just a basic Jetta S model with automatic transmission in the blue tempest metallic color. They tried to sell me the Jetta S with convenience package, although I am not even sure of that as they let another couple test drive the same vehicl they were trying to sell me and when I had seen this kind of sales tactics coming from the salesman, I proceeded to tell them I wanted the car I came in looking for. I was told there was one at another dealership, and with a good faith deposit they would have it sent to their dealrship. A few day later I was told that car was sold. On the day I went to retrieve my good faith deposit back I called to see what was going on with finding me a Blue Jetta S,as I was getting the run around. The salesman had left for the day I was told by him several times he would call me back with updates and that day he told me, he would call me with where the car was coming from and an ETA as th when the dealership would have it. He never did, most all of my contact withthe salesman was by me calling him. I ended up speaking the the Sales Manager that evening who was worse to deal with than the salesman. He got a very nasty attitude toward me when I told I did not aprreciate getting lied to, or having a car his dealership was trying to sell me being apprentl sold to someone else at the same time. He told that there were "No Blue Cars to be Found" within a 100 - 150 mile radius, I had found two cars in the color I wanted within a 50 mile radius the same day. I told him I would be in the next day for my money back. I called the dealer where I have just recently bought my Blue Volkswagen Jetta S to verify they still had and when they confirmed they did. I went to pestige that evening to retireve my deposit as at this point I had been lied to so many time I was very concerned that I would not get my deposit back. Mr Bruno had nothing but a negative and agressive attitutde toward me from the moment I walked till the moment I left the dealership, yelling and screaming at each other. I will never ever go to Prestige again, I was recommended to this dealership by friends who are appauled by the actions of the salesman and salesmanager. I also will not recommend that anyone else I know go to this dealership. They ought to be closed down until their sales people can be properly trained on how to deal with people. More
First I was driving from dealer to dealer looking for a mustang or an eclipse type sports car. This dealership is also a mitsubishi dealer. The salesperson pointed me toward an used eclipse with INCREDIBLY mustang or an eclipse type sports car. This dealership is also a mitsubishi dealer. The salesperson pointed me toward an used eclipse with INCREDIBLY low milage which made me skeptical. I opened the hood, laid under the car and saw rust damage. I was even able to pull dried leaves and debris from under the car. I told him that I didnt want it cause the car was obviously in a flood. The salesman insisted that the carfax was clean--and I said, "where was the car registered? I bet it was a Hurricaine Katrina car". He looked at the paper and didnt say anything, but I grabbed it and saw I was right, it was last registered in Mississippi. I then walked out. My mother had bought a NEW Mitsu Galant from this same dealer. After some years the car started overheating and the shop could not figure out why. It was towed in, they said they found the problem for $800, and we picked it up. Within 5 miles, the car overheated, started smoking and needed to be towed back. Then they said it was a thermostat problem and they would install it for free. Upon picking it up for the third time, it made it all the way home, but NEVER ran again. When I called back the next week to complain, the told me that the manager Steve I was dealing with was fired for being incompetent, and basically told me that it was my problem. The car was eventually junked! More

Gave me a fair figure for my trade in and a GREAT DEAL on my new Jetta. Will definitely refer family and friends and will go back again when I'm ready for my next new Prestige car! More
