I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2024 Volkswagen Taos, and I can’t say enough great things about Angela and Chris! They were both incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made what can normally be a stressful car-buying experience feel easy, smooth, and comfortable. What stood out to me the most was how kind and welcoming they were to my daughter. They made sure she felt comfortable and included, which meant so much to me as a mom. After car shopping for weeks and visiting several dealerships, we decided to try just one more before giving up. It turned out that our last stop should've been our first! We were met by Lena Rondon. She was informative and personable yet professional. She took her time with us before we found the perfect car for our family and budget. We never once felt rushed or pressured. Joseph Hernandez, the General Sales Manager, worked along side her and together, they made sure we were satisfied with everything. We were so pleased that I brought my mother in a few days later and she also had the same amazing experience and service. She is very happy with her purchase as well.
