Loved the experience! I was on a search to find a second vehicle to ride around in as leisure/summer vehicle. My friend Mary Bell and I were greeted by Justin who gave us information on all the models and features. I told him I only wanted to spend so much but on a vehicle that has the amenities I wanted such as leather and heated seats. He directed me right to a brand new 2016 Volkswagen Beetle. I told him I had to sleep on the decision, which Justin was very understanding about. Justin not only went out of his way to pick my friend Mary Bell and I up when I decided to buy the new Beetle, but he also gave us a memorable experience filled with laughs and stories. Great buy and trade-in experience I had been looking for a specific car for some time and found the model at Prestige and one other dealership. I dealt with Miguel Miranda over the ph I had been looking for a specific car for some time and found the model at Prestige and one other dealership. I dealt with Miguel Miranda over the phone at first. He was upfront and honest. I told him I decided to purchase the car from a different dealership, but he continued to try and win my business without being overbearing. He offered me a good price on the car I was interested in so I chose to do business with Prestige. Once i arrived they inspected my trade -in and offered me a fair price for my trade. I also dealt with Brian Smith for my financing. He was straight forward and very helpful. He presented the available add on packages without pressuring me. The financing process was seamless. I was able to locate the vehicle I wanted at Prestige Volkswagen in Turnersville, New Jersey. Which is only 450 miles from my house. I worked with Enrique Velez, internet salesman extraordinaire, and we reached an agreement. I was able to jump on a jet plane headed to New Jersey. Enrique made the arrangements for me to get picked up at the Philadelphia airport. Mike Schofiled picked me up at the airport and he helped me finalize my paperwork and show me the car. I originally went to test drive a few cars as I had narrowed down my choice to similar cars in its class. When I arrived I was left alone which is normally not the case at a dealership. I am always weary of even going to look at cars because of the barrage of salesman storming out of the door asking me a million questions when all I want to do was look. Andy came out after a while and was very calm and professional. He found the types of cars I was looking for in their inventory (or could get them by the next day if not) and was even willing to stay at the dealership after his normal work day to help me out (I had to drop off my son 30 min away and come back). There was no "run back and forth to my manager" nonsense here. I was presented with terms I was okay with and I left the same day with a brand new car that I love. I couldnt say enough about how seamless, patient, and professional this entire experience was. I will, at this point, only want a VW now (Andy made a reference to how sincere some people are to this brand and I am seeing why every time I get into my car!) and will always return to Prestige for my vehicles.
