I originally went to test drive a few cars as I had narrowed down my choice to similar cars in its class. When I arrived I was left alone which is normally not the case at a dealership. I am always weary of even going to look at cars because of the barrage of salesman storming out of the door asking me a million questions when all I want to do was look. Andy came out after a while and was very calm and professional. He found the types of cars I was looking for in their inventory (or could get them by the next day if not) and was even willing to stay at the dealership after his normal work day to help me out (I had to drop off my son 30 min away and come back). There was no "run back and forth to my manager" nonsense here. I was presented with terms I was okay with and I left the same day with a brand new car that I love. I couldnt say enough about how seamless, patient, and professional this entire experience was. I will, at this point, only want a VW now (Andy made a reference to how sincere some people are to this brand and I am seeing why every time I get into my car!) and will always return to Prestige for my vehicles. Andy took the time before I left to come sit in the vehicle with me and go over every button, bell and whistle. Truly A+ Service. Thank you Andy Amato, and thank you Prestige VW! - Josh B More
Bait and Switch? Attempted to purchase a Subaru Forester advertised as Certified Pre Owned. Negotiated a price with the internet sales person. Drove 2 hours to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. After being there for two hours, while signing paperwork they ask me sign a piece of paperwork that stating that the vehicle has the original warranty only. When I ask for clarification, the sales manager comes over and tells me they're not selling me the vehicle and that the internet sales person told me that it wasn't certified at that price. Thing is, he never told me that. I fully understand that people make mistakes and all they had to do was say "Sorry man, we made a big mistake, we were supposed to tell you that it wasn't certified at that price, what can we do?" and I believe we would have worked it out. Instead I walked out furious that anyone could ever treat a customer like that. Please take your business somewhere else where they respect their customers. More
Their sticker prices are marked higher than other dealers and the internet by $1000-1500. These people seemed friendly at first, but they try to squeeze every dollar possible out of your wallet. I got $5100 more for my trade at Volkswagen of Salem County. And they were trying to write me up at a higher APR than Volkswagen was offering. If you want to feel xxxxx, go here. Otherwise, if you want a good experience, go out of your way to Volkswagen of Salem County to leave with the car that you want at the right price. More

I like to start by stating I was at another dealer (Cherry Hill Volkswagen, where I will never return) prior to shopping at Prestige Volkswagen for my new GTI. I was greeted by Damon Gross, the most pleasurable experience I have yet to recieve and who showed me the vehicle right away that I described and was interested in. Later on in the process I was introduced to Michael Kane who assisted me in all my financial needs and by far was the easiest and most understanding finance manager I have dealt with being my fourth Volkswagen purchase. Prestige, along with Damon and Michael have earned my trust and business for many Volkswagen purchases to come. I will make sure to refer them to friends and family inquiring about any Volkswagen vehicles. More

Jack was very helpful, he was advised of our mishap and helped us as if he made the mistake. Jack went out of his way to please us. And he did! Got our car at a better deal then Atlantic.
