Service Excellence I purchased a slightly used Jeep Wrangler here and got it home the soft top roof ripped the next day as they often do in Jeeps. It was used and the roof was not under warranty but Brett H the lead sales manager replaced the roof with a brand new one when he heard about my dilemma.
