Chris was humorous, professional, knowledgeable, and above all… EXTREMELY patient. We had previously purchased a Prius many years ago and thought that for sure we were going to buy another one. It turns that Chris spent many hours giving us all the info he could about the Prius, Corolla and even going over possible ramifications regarding the tariff implications. What impressed us the most was how Chris took time to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our decision.
