Trading in my Car I have been wanting to trade in my Corolla for a Prius for awhile, but knew that Prestige Kingston didn't currently have any in stock. During a servic I have been wanting to trade in my Corolla for a Prius for awhile, but knew that Prestige Kingston didn't currently have any in stock. During a service of my car I decided to talk to a dealer about getting the car I wanted and Margherita Pulga was a huge help. She found exactly what I was looking for and was able to help me get a great deal, paying less that my current payments for a Prius, 2 years newer and 30,000 miles less than my Corolla. Because I wasn't expecting to be able to get a car that day I didn't have all the paperwork/information I needed on hand and after I left she was available by text after the dealership was closed, answering questions and setting me up to finish all the needed paperwork online from my house. I brought my 3 year-old sister with me and she was so sweet with her, playing with her and getting her a hot cocoa while we were waiting on the manager to inspect my current car and such. She also got it so that the dealership paid for the service and repairs that I originally came in for on my Corolla that day as part of the deal for my new Prius. Ryan Basten also was interested in helping me as quickly and thoroughly as possible considering I had an impatient 3 year old with me and was incredibly kind answering questions I had. Thank you Prestige for making it so easy and thank you Margherita for making it enjoyable and taking such good care of me! So excited to start driving my new car! More
