My deal started with quick replies and easy negotiations with Gerry Fraenkel over email. I was about to purchase a Gray 2020 TRD Premium 4Runner from another dealership when I noticed you had a Blue one (my preferred color) that just arrived. I explained my in place deal to Gerry and he was able to offer me the same discount / trade on your car. He was quick to reply and we worked out all of the details before I even showed up at your Dealership. Yesterday when I arrived at your Dealership to complete the deal and pickup the car, Kayla was there to greet me and review all of the features of the car. She was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. She took care of my trade and shepherded me through the purchase. The final step in the process was my meeting with Brian McCarthy to sign all of the paper work and manage the trade. Again he was friendly and just easy to work with.
