I went to the dealership last week to buy my fourth vehicle in 7 years. I have purchase 3 previously and currently have 3 vehicles service by Prestige Toyota of Kingston. I walked into the showroom an vehicle in 7 years. I have purchase 3 previously and currently have 3 vehicles service by Prestige Toyota of Kingston. I walked into the showroom and was ignored for at least 10 minutes by 3 sales people. No acknowledgement of my presence was given, I approached one of the employees and politely said "excuse me" He ignored me. Two more times I repeated myself and was ignored. He did not even turn his head and at this point I was standing just 10 feet away. He finally turned toward me and started to mock me. On my way out I spoke to the woman in the office who listened but was actually sharing a laugh with the employee at my expense. I will never set foot in that dealership again and will no longer have my 3 Toyotas serviced there. Shame on you Prestige. You lost a loyal longtime customer More
