The defects to do fall under the RIGL statutes governing used car purchases, however; customer satisfaction should be more relevant. This is why many people abhor the idea of buying a used vehicle. good experience I purchased a ford f 150 from prestige and the customer service has been awesome. they wouldn't let me drive away without having the car in great shap I purchased a ford f 150 from prestige and the customer service has been awesome. they wouldn't let me drive away without having the car in great shape so they put new brakes and rotors in a reasonable time limit.
