Worst place to buy Worst place I ever went. I asked for a specific car that they have in their lot. I called them to find out about it. I don't have good credit and I do Worst place I ever went. So they told to come in you're aproved and you don't have to put any money down. I live in CT and it was 3 hours drive from where I live. Once I get their they made me fillup a credit app whithout showing me the car and after that they want 7 thousand down then they'll show me the car. Very unprofessional and they lied about anything to get you to their door. So please don't get screwed. They could massup your credit before even showing to the car. More

Steer Clear This place is horrible. (0 STARS wasn't an option) The price on the internet was suddenly reflective of a $3,000 down payment, once I expressed int This place is horrible. (0 STARS wasn't an option) The price on the internet was suddenly reflective of a $3,000 down payment, once I expressed interest in the car. I talked them down to within $1,000 of the "posted" price and bought the car, because my daugter liked it. Since then, we have had multiple issues with the car, which they either knew about and chose to ignore, or weren't thorough enough in their inspection of the car before putting it up for sale. They did fix one issue, but I had to leave the car back in RI for several days. The next issue they ignored and still have not bothered to respond to a certified letter I sent them. Totally unprofessional. Really ethically questionable place. More

The defects to do fall under the RIGL statutes governing used car purchases, however; customer satisfaction should be more relevant. This is why many people abhor the idea of buying a used vehicle. Profit margins supersede customer concerns once those papers are signed. More

good experience I purchased a ford f 150 from prestige and the customer service has been awesome. they wouldn't let me drive away without having the car in great shap I purchased a ford f 150 from prestige and the customer service has been awesome. they wouldn't let me drive away without having the car in great shape so they put new brakes and rotors in a reasonable time limit. Josh made the experience a good one reassuring us the car would be finished in a timely manner. More
