So I went into the dealership to trade in my vehicle for a vehicle that had all wheel drive. The dealership gave my vehicle a well below Kelly Bluebook appraisal to start. This is the beginning, they ran a vehicle that had all wheel drive. The dealership gave my vehicle a well below Kelly Bluebook appraisal to start. This is the beginning, they ran my credit first with zero down and attempted to work a deal and than I sat for about two or so hours and to have them come back with a no deal and never asked me if I had any money to put down which I did. I could of given close to two thousand dollar if needed to help but I was never asked. They also tried to put me in a vehicle I did not want. The website talks about everyone will get financed as they own the finance company or receive a free car and that's a lie if they cannot get you financed. I left with my car and felt like a number as I received bad customer service. One will never know if I will ever go back to that company again. i hope that they do read this and respond back to this thread and try to fix this issue but they wont. More

By far the best of the Prestige locations. After buying a car from them and having such a great experience, a year and a half later I went back to trade it in AND bought another car for my husband in the sam car from them and having such a great experience, a year and a half later I went back to trade it in AND bought another car for my husband in the same day.
