Great and caring service Adam, the service manager could not have been nice or kinder. I brought my Lexus SUV to him with a horrible rattling sound that no one could fix. I Adam, the service manager could not have been nice or kinder. I brought my Lexus SUV to him with a horrible rattling sound that no one could fix. I had taken my car to Lexus of Englewood 3 times. They kept the car over a week each time and gave it back to me telling me the horrible noise was fixed. It NEVER was. It actually was worse! I finally took the car to Prestige Lexus of Ramsey where Adam and Jeff Lucca were there to help me. They calmed me down and told me that they would not give me the car back until the noise was fixed and I was happy and satisfied. I am MORE that happy and definitely MORE that satisfied. They are wonderful and caring people!! I will never lease my car anywhere else indeed!!!! More

Had a cup of coffee and sandwich in the waiting area and the next thing I knew. Voila. It was done. awesome! More
