Let's face it: If you have a Lexus, you knew when you bought it, you would pay for service. But what a pleasure to see such a well-managed agency. My service advisor, Michael Zearfaus could not have been more professional, courteous or compentent. Everything was done as promised on time, and quickly. I don't have a problem writing letters of complaint, but it is so much more satisfying to commend a job well done. I salute the management of Lexus of Ramsey, and the team they have assembled. BTW...I was not paid or offerered anything for this over-the-top review, it just feels right when you are treated so well. More
Excellent service and professionalism from Jorge Reinoso My 87 y/o father and I needed a key copied for his Lexus. Jorge was patient with my father who enjoys to tell jokes. There are no games, no hidden tactics and no countless trips to an invisible "manager" for approvals. Kimberly handled my purchase with transparency, courtesy and professionalism. She never made it feel as if it was "them" against me, rather it was a collaborative sale, where everyone left the table feeling as they have won. too many bad experiences While my car was under warrenty- everything went very well. Then- when I went there- on my own- without my husband-the trouble started. a very diffic While my car was under warrenty- everything went very well. Then- when I went there- on my own- without my husband-the trouble started. a very difficult encountr with a service rep- -over an oil change. suddnely- my tires had to be replaced- immediately-and I paid a lot of for inferior tires- which I was not even givven an option of choosing. THEN- I was told I desperately need full brakes, and various other parts associated with the braking system- immediately- which I refused. the cost was going to be over $2,000.00. I took my car to a local repair center with an ecellent record and I was told my brakes and all related Parts- were in very good shape and I did NOT need any work done. I am still driving my car safely and brakes are still fine. WORST PLACE TO GO FOR SERVICE. More

Great Customer Service I brought my car in for service last week. Jorge Reinoso was my service consultant. Jorge made it fast and easy. He knew exactly what I needed and I brought my car in for service last week. Jorge Reinoso was my service consultant. Jorge made it fast and easy. He knew exactly what I needed and took car of my car like it was his own. Set me up with a loaner and the experience couldn't be better. When I picked up my car it looked and sounded great.
