Since we were travelling two hours and out of state we were no Our recent experience with Prestige Ramsey for our first Lexus purchase was excellent. Since we were travelling two hours and out of state we were not sure what to expect. Our salesman Mike Midulla greeted us and much to our dismay we found the Lexus we were interested in was recently sold. Mike then searched with us to find the Lexus that would meet our needs. He was very professional and patient with us while taking us through the purchase procedure. We were trying to purchase the vehicle the same day and that is when Eugene stepped in. He worked until he found a comparable rate as the one we had already set up at home. Our final meeting was with Chris Bowes who walked us through the features and navigation system of our new car. Our experience with these people was professional, courteous and actually pleasurable. I would highly recommend this dealership and staff in the future. My only disappointment will be not being able to take my vehicle for servicing at this location due to the distance from home. More
