We had 2 storms in the interim so I gave him a deposit over the phone to hold the car which he guarded with his life lol. Bottom line...the car was beautiful and I am very happy with my salesman as well as my car. Daniel and Vinny took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on the car and now I'm driving a beautiful new Lexus. After getting my mother into a new vehicle in February, I decided to stop in again on Friday 3/9 to check out pricing on a new RX350 so I gave Luis a call and setup a time to meet with him. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Luis who always brings a pleasant demeanor and great attitude. After reviewing my needs, we determined that there was an RX currently in stock that would be the perfect fit. Luis and I did some negotiating and I was able to get the car I wanted with an incredible deal that I couldn’t pass up. I ended up leaving the dealership in my new RX later that day! 5 Stars because of Luis Madera My lease on an RX350 was ending and I received an invitation to participate in their "December to Remember" promotion! I made an appt with a sales rep My lease on an RX350 was ending and I received an invitation to participate in their "December to Remember" promotion! I made an appt with a sales rep and arrived fully expecting to be leaving with a new lease. This experience was so bad I walked out, never planning on returning to this dealership. Fast forward 3 mos when I received a call regarding my lease. I decided to try one more time with Prestige Lexus and they set up a meeting with Luis Madera. He is a true professional. He listened to every word I said and actually cared about my previous experience. He understood everything that I wanted and fought hard on my behalf to get it for me. I did not expect to leave with a new car, but only because of Luis, I now have a beautiful 2018 RX350, which has more upgrades than expected. I recommend that if you do go to Prestige, you meet with Luis Madera! He has been there 15 years, and they are fortunate to have him!
