Pleasantly surprised! I could not be happier with the way my experience with Michele Hanrahan, and the Prestige Lexus staff went. From pulling into the parking lot and act I could not be happier with the way my experience with Michele Hanrahan, and the Prestige Lexus staff went. From pulling into the parking lot and actually being able to park in a parking spot. To walking in the entrance and being greeted and not ignored. To being able to sit, yes sit, and wait for the sales person. The facility is immaculate, the selection is huge and available. The amazing part is with the size of the place and the amount of employees and customers, they still manage to get to you in very timely manor. We came in just to test drive some pre owned cars to get a feel for them. The sales woman they paired us up with, Michele Hanrahan, was fantastic! She new the vehicles we were interested in very well. Being in the repair end of the automotive industry, i'm not easily impressed, but she held her own very well with having the answer to all of my questions. Michele, was not your typical pushy sale person, and tried every way she could to meet our needs. I felt bad, making her do the back on forth with Dan Pepe, the pre owned manager. Michele even got Dan to come out and go over some stuff with us, so it was not like we were talking to know one. It was nice to meet the person i was making the deal with, so i got his vibes and he got mine. Michele gave us space to talk certain things over, again, was not pushy about anything, and was very patient. The car we looked at was not cleaned up and ready for show, but we were only there for a test drive. Michele managed to get the car inside and have it detailed for us to get a better look at it. At this point i couldn't come to terms on this particular vehicle. Michele and Dan sat with us and we talked it over and Dan offered to have it cleaned up even more and even apologized for showing us a car that wasn't up to there standards. Dan was willing to do anything we asked with the car to make us happy. Being the car guy i am it just wasn't the right fit, but now i felt bad for taking up a bunch of there time, but at the same time we weren't going to spend money on something we weren't happy with. Dan asked again, "tell me what i can do to make you happy." So i replied with "sell me another car, you have a row of the outside" Dan and Michele looked through there inventory and wound up coming down on another vehicle they had to match the deal we agreed on wit the first one to make us happy. When we saw the car, WE WERE HAPPY! Not only with the car but with Michele and Dan! they didn't have to do what they did. But not only did they make a sale but they and we made some new friends and they gained a new customer for sure! i would personally recommend anyone reading this to give Prestige Lexus your first shot when it comes to your new or next lexus! More
