My L/Certified RX 350 I had pleasant experience recently with Prestige Lexus during buying my 2015 L/Certified RX 350. I spent couple days and visited 2 dealers nearby. Two I had pleasant experience recently with Prestige Lexus during buying my 2015 L/Certified RX 350. I spent couple days and visited 2 dealers nearby. Two dealers gave me higher price with hidden fee which made me very uncomfortable to negotiate with them. Also there was less choice and the car condition was bad. I decided to walk away and try Prestige Lexus. At Prestige, when I saw more good condition cars available and fair prices, I felt I could get my car there. I got deal done in less than 3 hours. I brought it in for my 20,000 mile check up and I felt like it was never explained what the problem was and when I came to pick up the car was told by the receptionist/billing person that it was an oil leak from the oil gasket, but honestly it would be nice for someone to take you back and show you exactly what the problem is and what was done to fix it. Other than that the service was excellent and I was satisfied with my experience. More
