Treated me like a criminal We own a car dealership business out of state and went to this Lexus Service Center for parts for the 2nd time. I sent over a Tax ID form for tax exem We own a car dealership business out of state and went to this Lexus Service Center for parts for the 2nd time. I sent over a Tax ID form for tax exempt to Danny. When we got there to pick up the parts they googled a picture of the location, printed it out and told me that it was not a legitimate business. They were rude and made me feel like I was going to run away with the parts. We just moved our location so our address on our tax form and the address on the business license are different but both forms are valid and both prove of a valid business. Who gives you the right to google a picture of the business and tell me that it is not legit as if I'm a criminal doing something shady. I have everything to prove it's a legit business and still they did not exempt me from taxes. They told me know matter what I had they were charging me tax. I not only have a business but own 3 Lexus' and will NEVER EVER go to this location again! In the 40yrs of being in the car business I have never experienced anything like this. More

I went in for my 125000 service, Jorge was my service representative.. He is very patient , pleasant and professional. He wanted to know if I have any concerns, my only complaint was my wiper squeak when representative.. He is very patient , pleasant and professional. Great Service I purchased the car at another Lexus dealership and was very unhappy with the sales experience and as a result I would not return there for service. I purchased the car at another Lexus dealership and was very unhappy with the sales experience and as a result I would not return there for service. I decided to go to Lexus of Ramsey for service. I had 3 issues with the car and two of which were electronic which is unique and hard to diagnose. Joe Scalo was my service advisor. He was extremely patient and through with the service technicians. They kept the car an extra day to make sure EVERYTHING was properly fixed. I would definitely recommend Prestige for service. I was extremely happy with the knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail from the entire service staff. More
