I wanted a Lexus and Prestige was my first choice based on word-of-mouth and online reviews. I decided to stop by to look around after lunch with my mother and sister. As soon as walk in the door, I received a warm welcome from reception and they paged a sales consultant for me. Bryant Martinez steps out within a few minutes to greet me and I immediately new I was in good hands. Salesmen in other dealerships are pushy and judgemental. Bryant was a friendly, well-informed gentleman there to guide me through the Prestige shopping experience. Although my heart was set on a specific model, Bryant listened to my needs and helped me explore other options as well. After speaking with him for 15~30 minutes, I was more confident in my decision. He showed me all the features I wanted and some I didn't even know about. I fell in deeper love with the car I chose. I was nervous about the financial commitment of a car purchase but along with Kevin Murray on Finance, Bryant was once again able to put me at ease and feel confident about the purchase. I had to return the following day to prepare paperwork and down-payment when I met with Michael Bostelman to finalize contract. Mr. Bostelman was very knowledgeable and made the entire final process fast easy and hassle-free. I knew Prestige Lexus had the highest quality service and the best reputation before my experience but I was still very impressed and satisfied. I will certainly return for future automotive purchases and will highly recommend Prestige Lexus to everyone I know. 5-Stars, 10/10, perfect score and 2 thumbs up! Thanks again Bryant! More
