Mr. Mark Simpson has been my service adviser for many years and if you are lucky enough to work with him you will never be disappointed. He has always made 100000% sure that we are satisfied with the work performed on our vehicles and I have actually seen him take a towel and wipe down a spot that was missed when they washed the vehicle...Who does that??? My salesman, Mr. Louis Madera has always worked to get me the best price and I have never been dissatisfied with his results! Jorge R. is amazing! He always takes me in right away, explains what it will take to get my car fixed and provides loaner if need be! He is sooo easy to work with and is very knowledgeable! Our sales rep Bryant Martinez was amazing from the get go & extremely professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Bryant and will unequivocally deal with Bryant for all future Lexus needs. We were also very impressed with the GM Wayne Scher who is extremely personable, genuine and knows how to make a customer feel special and appreciated. Mr. Scher went over and above to keep us as his customers and I will most definitely return to this dealership for all my Lexus needs because of the professionalism & dedication shown by sales rep Bryant and GM Wayne Scher. The only thing I will say is stay away from Kevin Murray in Finance. He is awful to deal with, dishonest, unprofessional, lacks customer service skills and is outright lazy. In all other aspects, this is probably the most professional Lexus dealership we have ever visited. Highly recommend this dealership. More
