It was a tough decision because you spent a lot of time with me driving two vehicles I was interested in, the NX200t and the GS 350. After briefly driving both vehicles on Wednesday evening, keeping you there nearly two hours past the 8:00 PM closing time, I really had to think about which vehicle to purchase. It was on my mind all night, until I arrived for my appointment the next morning. The NX200t was very desirable and I was almost ready to buy it, but, I really wanted another car, not an SUV. I am sorry you prepared all that paperwork for the NX200t when I hadn't determined which vehicle to purchase. When I told you I changed my mind and really wanted the GS 350, your reaction of no problem, I will get the paperwork ready, was very well received. Thank you so much for your professionalism and patience, it is very much appreciated! Rudy, your character is very important and the next time I want to buy a Lexus, you will be the very first person I contact. A note to you Dan: I too work with clients, I am retired from IBM after thirty-four years of service. Working for and helping clients was very rewarding for me. Although I work on computers and software, the results are the same, a happy client is always the best to have on your side. It takes ten times as much effort to regain and unhappy client as to when they first became a client. Rudy is an excellent example of why I chose Prestige Lexus to purchase my GS 350! My ultimate favorite was Vehicle delivery process which took approximately 45 minutes. + - for my Q&A. I was so excited. I failed in this area with the last 5 leases, this is the past, as I have learned this is imperative & sets the tone of enjoying your vehicle for duration of lease or finance term. Here is where I was WOW’d. I could replay this over and over, as I always take notes, in an effort to be mindful of Vinny’s time and mine, I inquired if I could record/video rather than hand write notes on my legal pad. This was the best part, I could replay for my family and friends to share the experience & beneficial for me to always be able to refer back as personal notes. My family waited comfortably in the guest lounge with light snacks/sandwiches, as if you were in the comfort of your own home, this was a nice touch. I am impressed by the facilities & accommodations offered to all their customers. I have made the right decision of selecting Prestige Lexus as my preferred dealer by choice. I have leased with Jaguar for the last 5-6 years, this chapter is closed. A fresh new beginning, I am happy to say by far this has been a world class experience & this is the start of a long lasting ownership experience moving forward. I love the entire process, the people and my New LEXUS. All aces top notch in my playbook. Thank you for your time in sharing my experience with you. More
