Deceptive practice by finance department The sales rep was extremely professional and super. My only complaint was the financial department. They would not tell me the APR on the finance to The sales rep was extremely professional and super. My only complaint was the financial department. They would not tell me the APR on the finance to the sales rep until I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I was informed with good credit score, receiving the advertised apr would not be an issue. Deal was made and was informed to return on a later date as they did not have the vehicle. Upon my return to pick up the vehicle, finance informed me of the APR which was wayyyyy over the advertisement. They later informed me some BS excuse and eventually screwed me with a higher interest rate. Finance closer was extremely rude and appeared irate at the fact that they do deceptive business. More
