Demetre was the main reason that I chose to stay with Lexus. He was extremely knowledgable about the type of vehicle I was looking for and clearly explained all aspects of the auto and simplified the financing. Normally great service, not so much this time Came by on Saturday afternoon for regular maintenance, but had to return again two days later because i was given a faulty windshield wiper blade. With all the highway driving I do, this was not a safe condition. I did not have an appointment but contacted Jeff Luca in Service to see if I could stop by that day to have the tire replaced. Jeff without hesitation told me to stop by and that they would take care of me right away. That is great customer service. Thanks Prestige. More
The Wait I have been coming to the dealership ever since I bought the car back in 2006. The customer service that they provide is outstanding. While I recognize that between the 45,000 mile checkup and the wheel alignment will take longer than the normal 2 hour wait, I didn't anticipate my wait to be close to 4 hours. I know Jorge did his best but he was not as effective as some of the other Service Managers who was on top of the shop and a number of them did frequent visit to the shop to make sure their customers were taken care of. I was not updated on the status of my vehicle even though he saw me pacing the hallway. It was the lady at the desk who offered a place for me to charge my phone and asked if I need anything. I had to ask Jorge a number of times what was happening. While he was very pleasant to speak with, I felt he lacked the sense of urgency, especially, when I first told him that I didn't want a loaner car given the amount of wait (4 hours or so) and I ended up waiting just as long. More
