Good as usual I came to this dealership with trepidation. My lease was over and the salesman I had dealt with for the last 12 years had resigned. The correspondence I came to this dealership with trepidation. My lease was over and the salesman I had dealt with for the last 12 years had resigned. The correspondence I had been getting since July 2018 suggested the character of the dealership had changed with the new ownership. There was an urgency in making a sale and a constant nagging reminiscent of a Chevrolet dealer or a used car dealer. An email I had sent went unanswered. Finally things changed for the better when I called Larry Sayette and explained to him my past experiences at Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. He listened and understood. He went into action immediately and assigned us to an experienced salesman of the old school, Richard Efrus. His style was reminiscent of Warren, our old salesman. He had done his homework and was prepared when we arrived. Sedate, knowledgeable and understanding. He explained the offers in detail with no high pressure sales gimmicks. A true professional who respects his clients. I was at ease. Two new leases were concluded in two hours.. Well done! Dealership management however still hasn't learned. 10 days after the leases were concluded and we took the cars we have received 3 letters and 2 sales calls urging us to come in and trade in our cars. They should update their lists more often. More

Best Lexus Service in the tri-state area! My experience was amazing as always. The service staff are very knowledgeable and nice. The service manager Walter is the best! Not only does he know Lexus vehicles inside an out, but unlike managers at other dealerships, he always makes his recommendation only looking at what the car really needs. He also goes out of his way to interact and get involved with customers to make them feel very comfortable. He went out of his way for me this time just like every time! There is never a sense of pressure at this service center. The cars get fixed right the first time and the bills are always as expected and fair. Overall, i am very pleased as always! More
