Terrible Experience: Your can't trust this dealership You really can't trust this dealership. I bought a 2013 Lexus ES350 from Prestige Lexus of Ramsey on September 13 this year. We negotiated a deal and You really can't trust this dealership. I bought a 2013 Lexus ES350 from Prestige Lexus of Ramsey on September 13 this year. We negotiated a deal and one of the conditions for the sale was that they would repair the driver side mirror's power adjustment. The salesman, Daniel Choi, promised to have this repaired before I took delivery of the vehicle. When I went in two days later to pick up the vehicle, the salesman suddenly said that the mirror couldn't be fixed because " they couldn't find the part". He promised that he would have the issue resolved within a week and asked that I proceed with taking delivery. He assured me that this would be resolved and even issued me a "We Owe You" document (see the picture below). Though I was a bit disappointed, I paid for the vehicle and drove away. For another two weeks I didn't hear from them. I called in twice and there was no response. I then sent an email to Daniel and the sales manager and still no response. I then went to the dealership again. I met with the salesperson and he again offered several vague excuses for the delay and promised to have it resolved in a week. It has been almost 8 weeks since then and I haven't received a call or email from them and the mirror still doesn't work. I've owned a few Lexus cars over the years and have done business with several Lexus dealers and this has been my worst experience to date. They are extremely dishonest and unresponsive. They'll take your money and then completely refuse to fulfill their commitments. There are other Lexus dealers in Bergen County and I recommend taking your business to one of them instead. Stay away from these guys. More

Above and beyond! I came in expecting to wait an hour and a half for a recall. Gary G. offered me a loaner so I wouldn't be inconvenienced.
