I encountered a very rude receptionist on picking up my car I arrived to pick up my car from service just before 06:00 a week ago Friday. I had spoken with Jeff and indicated I would be there between 05:45 and I arrived to pick up my car from service just before 06:00 a week ago Friday. I had spoken with Jeff and indicated I would be there between 05:45 and 06:00. I arrived just before. I went into the reception and before I could "apologize" for the hour was met with a dour face and a lecture. I indicated I had advised Jeff I would be in close to 06:00 and continued to get an attitude. I had received a surprise at the service with the need to spend an additional $450 on brake pads. I believe that qualifies me as a customer. To Jessica I was clearly a pain in the neck. I took offense at her attitude and told her so. She in turn said it was not an attitude she was trying to explain the what should of happened (A lecture on how I could make her life easier). She in turn yelled to Jeff indicating she was no longer going to "help" me (even begrudgingly) and slammed the file drawer. I went into Jeff's office (he did a super job) and explained the attitude and my displeasure - at this point I was clearly upset. He "talked" me down. She over heard and shouted 'That is not what happened". I went to pick up the car - was speaking to Jeff about her unprofessionalism. Jessica was crossing the service floor and shouted out (is he still going on about that". Another manager over heard the exchange. I am positive this is not the first incident with Jessica. It is unprofessional at best and frankly insulting. Over the years at Lexus in Ramsey I have never had an experience like this and never will again. I will not have my car serviced at Lexus in Ramsey if she remains the receptionist. I paid good money to get a professional service and expect to be treated not only as a loyal customer but with respect. If I am such a pain in the back side I will go elsewhere where my business is valued. I waited a week to respond to put the incident in perspective and write not in anger put to give you the opportunity to respond. If noting else I guarantee she will cost you additional customers. Clearly not the standard I had come to expect from Lexus. Regards Jim Hill More

She said no, we take care of that for you! Absoulutely amazing, I keep saying; I'm so glad I bought this car & purchased from your lexus dealership!!! Service Dept rip-off Recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my 2014 ES350 for a brake problem. My mechanic of 30 years had recently fixed my front brakes and s Recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my 2014 ES350 for a brake problem. My mechanic of 30 years had recently fixed my front brakes and since they didn't feel quite right I made an appointment to have him take another look. Sadly he passed away before my brake problem could be readdressed. So I turn to Lexus for help. NEVER AGAIN! My 5 week old brakes needed to be completely redone with only Lexus parts. OK, I can understand your point of view on that. BUT, they claim I needed front AND rear brakes, new tires (although my tires are only 7 months old), an alignment and a balancing. WHAT?! I allowed them to replace the front brakes and when I picked up the car they tried to charge me a $74 fee for looking/diagnosing the brake problem, over and above the $650 for new brakes. Thanks for nothing Lexus. Next time I want to be ripped off I'll go someplace where I can expect that kind of BS. More

New Lease The team was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get the car we wanted at the deal we were looking for. Due to a finance manager being out sick, the contract process took a long time. Suggestion: if finance is running behind, have the sales person walk through the tire/wheel coverage options to keep customer engaged and speed up the finance discussion. More
