Above and Beyond I gashed my tire & needed a new one. I called at 2:30p on Saturday and when Carol asked if I could come during the week, I hesitated, because it meant I gashed my tire & needed a new one. I called at 2:30p on Saturday and when Carol asked if I could come during the week, I hesitated, because it meant taking time off from work. She said "Hold on." and quickly came back on the line to tell me that if I could get there quickly, they could replace the tire immediately. She also mentioned I had a recall notification, and assured me they would take care of that also. I was back home by 5pm! More

I was pleased to find out the service advisor Jeffrey Lucca had charged me only for the actual labor time versus the minimum charge that is standard policy. This is a great way to start a new business relationship. More

I asked if it was truly going to be the allotted time I was told, Mark immediately called the Service area and found that times were running a little longer due to the Saturday rush. He asked if I would like a loaner car, within five minutes, I was out the door. He called me when my vehicle was ready to go. When I arrived, the Service Receptionist called for my car to be brought up. After almost twenty minutes of no appearance of my vehicle, Mark took the initiative of going and getting the vehicle himself. Truly, a Plus-1 customer experience from Mark. Please try and get better at having the vehicles delivered to the waiting customers in a more timely fashion. Thank you. More
