The good, the bad and the ugly I have both 5 stars and 1 star in this review. So the average of 3 stars. OK, let me start with the positives. The people and the store are first rate I have both 5 stars and 1 star in this review. So the average of 3 stars. OK, let me start with the positives. The people and the store are first rate. The loaner cars are a really nice touch, and the lounge is wonderful. This part of the Prestige experience is top rated. NOW for my one star comments. The UPSELL of the service department. I worked in dealerships for over 10 years so I know the pressure to upsell the customer. That being said, I took my 2013 RX350 in for tires, and front brakes, along with a 60K mile service. Now what I did not expect was I was told I needed new rotors, rear brakes and soon a new water pump. I am an engineer and I know that the rear brakes perform under 20% of the stopping power. The front brakes perform 80%. I know I had about 20% of the lining left on the fronts but I agreed to have the pads replaced while I was there. Now I looked at the rotors and they were SLIGHTLY scored from 60K worth of stopping. Nothing a little time on a brake lathe would not take care of. Dont these people know that rotors can be turned? Guess not!. OK so new rotors and rear pads to be replaced. Next.... Water pump?????? WHAT???? I never had a water pump start to go in ANY Toyota or Lexus I have owned over three decades in under 60K miles. I have had Camrys and Lexus and NEVER had ANY issues with water pumps. And I have driven cars up to 200K miles on the same water pump. IF this is indicative of the quality of the new Lexus products than I will purchase the next car I really want..... a Jaguar F Pace. I EXPECT poor numbers like this in British cars but NOT Japanese cars. So am I holding my breath for the water pump to fail????? What do you think???? So when all is said and done $2000.00 buys you a tire change (I supplied the tires), brake pads all around, rotors, and the 60K mile checkup. Fair? You tell me. HAHA. More

Last minute I was driving when a light came on - I called service and they said to come right in. My car was immediately taken, Jeff (who is always wonderful, fri I was driving when a light came on - I called service and they said to come right in. My car was immediately taken, Jeff (who is always wonderful, friendly, kind) told me within minutes that my tire pressure was down a bit and it was taken care of. He then asked if I wanted my car washed, which I said yes. Then after a few minutes I realized I may need new wipers. Jeff looked up my records and said they were changed not long ago but would check them out. He personally went to my car and wiped down the blades! Awesome! More

The reason for my 4 star rating is because the service technician did put back the settings as they were when I brought in the car and I had to call Mr Gugliemi to help or tell me how to reset my screen regarding the "messages"screen near the speedometer as it was saying "no messages". The service technician did not put back "auto" on my headlight I am an elderly person and not very technical so when these car settings are set. I would prefer them to stay that way More
