Service-very good; pricing this time wasn't the best. I bought my 2015 RX 350 from Prestige in 2014 and I have had it serviced there for the past 4 years. I deal with Jeff Lucca who is always professional I bought my 2015 RX 350 from Prestige in 2014 and I have had it serviced there for the past 4 years. On my last visit, I was taken aback when I was told the price and there were no service discounts, especially when I found the prices elsewhere lower (at Lexus delaers) for the same service. It's my sense that the emphasis Prestige places on customer loyalty and relationship have begun to wane. More

She introduced me to sales consultant Imran Khan. Imran was also very professional and helpful. I immediately sensed that if I am offered the right deal a sales would be imminent. I bagained with his manager on my behalf and this was the fastest and most haggle free car purchase I ever made. More
