I had a great buying experience but that's where the joy ended. First off, the car I was buying had 7000 miles on it which was NOT disclosed on the web site. Nevertheless, I negotiated a price accordingly and made the deal; Richard McDowell did an outstanding job delivering the vehicle. As all the other reviews indicated, there is little to no post-sales support and the team is useless and not responsive. Wayne Schey talks a good game but takes no action after the lip service. Despite agreeing to a certain price out the door, I ended up having to pay $225 extra when picking up my new plates. So much for honoring a negotiated deal not to mention the exorbitant up-front fees for documentation, registration, blah blah blah. My salesperson Pat Ruane quit shortly after selling the car and so did Lexi in Finance. As a result of a mismanaged dealership, all my requests (e.g. family duplicate registration, new vanity plates, etc.) fell through the proverbial crack. While I like my vehicle, I will surely go elsewhere for service and won't visit their showroom again. Perhaps they could spend less time and money on the renovation and more time improving customer satisfaction. As with the other reviews, a polite and diplomatic response from the dealer follows but it's just more lip service since no improvements have been made. blah blah blah. (insert diplomatic response from dealership here... or don't) More
I was in to look at a used car , drove an hour to see it…only to get there and the car clearly had water damage, rust inside and white MOLD! Love my lexus, but the dealer is terrible. I bought a certified pre owned RC. Chad Kunz assured me that they went over the cars with a paint machine to ensure quality. Took it to a specialist and they showed me right where it was taped off as a body shop actually repainted each rear quarter. Prestige does not properly screen CPO cars. Furthermore, the dealer assured me the car was aligned before I picked it up. The car pulled to the left. I called them about it and they lied again and said it was aligned. Took it to lexus of Manhattan and they showed me the service record, prestige never aligned the car. We had other issues with the car and I spoke to Ricardo Monta/mota…long story short they did not respond for over a month so lexus corporate had to get involved. I’d say maybe buy a new car there but not a CPO one. They ignore their cpo customers. More
Salesman jr vega is very friendly and knowledgeable. I followed him from nissan to here. Great person. If anyone looking for a lexus definitely ask for him . The worst dealership I ever deal with. No after sale support at all. Called them for 3 days to get my title mailed to me and nobody pickup the phone, not even front desk. As soon as they sell a car to you they forget about you. You may think you bought Lexus and customer support will match the reputation of that brand, but its not. I confirmed with a woman in the morning that the car I was interested in was there and available. I drove an hour to meet her and test drive. When I arrived I was assigned a male salesperson. After some computer games and going to "get the key" he came back and informed me the car was unavailable, supposedly due to safety. But he could show me other cars that cost more. I was interested in the car I drove an hour to see so I left. The woman called me while I was driving back to ask me where I was and if I was going to be in. I told her what happened. And to top it off the car is still listed for sale on their site. Dishonest. More

Buyer beware - this is another of those dealerships where you get no support once the sale is done. One of the most unresponsive I have seen over 50 years.
