Routine service This dealer is great. Purchased 2 RX350Lexus however they fall slightly short on customer service and communications in the service department. I was This dealer is great. I was in for a routine yearly visit, a recall and a few items that needed checking on the car. Daylight savings had never adjusted, brake indicator and air control in the seats. The representative was not engaging, interactive nor communicative. The car was returned completed and to my satisfaction, however The overall service experience for a Lexus dealership is below expectations which is why I give it 4 stars More

Service-very good; pricing this time wasn't the best. I bought my 2015 RX 350 from Prestige in 2014 and I have had it serviced there for the past 4 years. I deal with Jeff Lucca who is always professional I bought my 2015 RX 350 from Prestige in 2014 and I have had it serviced there for the past 4 years. I deal with Jeff Lucca who is always professional in evey way. On my last visit, I was taken aback when I was told the price and there were no service discounts, especially when I found the prices elsewhere lower (at Lexus delaers) for the same service. It's my sense that the emphasis Prestige places on customer loyalty and relationship have begun to wane. More
