Car not clean and took too long I brought the car in because it was missing a roof rack cover and the car was not clean when I originally took it home. I had an 8am appointment to dr I brought the car in because it was missing a roof rack cover and the car was not clean when I originally took it home. I had an 8am appointment to drop it off and the car wasn't ready till 1pm the next day. Roof rack was fixed but interior was not detailed as it should have been. Not happy. More

Poor customer service I purchased a preowned certified vehicle. Only one key fob worked. When I brought the other in to be fixed they charged me.
