Great Lexus Dealership! I was very impressed with the service dept this was my first service visit. I released a new car this past August and did not care to use the previous I was very impressed with the service dept this was my first service visit. I released a new car this past August and did not care to use the previous Lexus dealership because strictly because their servicing of the car was terrible. I had great sale expierence with Mr John Day and everyone who I was in conctact with, the day I picked up my car. My service visit yesterday from the person who took my car and to Mr. Jeff Lucca, who handled the service detail, along with comfortable waiting area and great refreshments too, made me happy that I switch to this place. Great experience Staff is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on both product pricing and negotiating the FINAL price. The only low point was it took longer than expected and at the end of the process that left us and we are sure the staff very tired. Our first contact at the dealership was with Jamie Massimi. Meeting her was a delight as she greeted and made us feel welcomed when we arrived, and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a small issue regarding the registration of the vehicule when we arrived back in N.Y. due to our misunderstanding and she directed us to the proper party who responded to our delima.
