Service Review On Tues Jan 15th I dropped my vehicle off for service which was completely cleaned inside and picked up loaner. I was given a car that had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas the offer was to have it filled but I was on a time line . I returned the car back with over 1/2 a tank of gas and received my car back with grease stains on the steering wheel and gear shift and on as you opened the driver side door before you enter the car I found grease marks and half of boot print of grease Totally unacceptable after my entire invoice was $1200 in maintenance ... You would think that the service advisor would take control I'm sure they would not want their personal vehicle treated this way. More

Service appointment My service appointment was not scheduled. My car showed unexpected lights on the dashboard which concern me. I immediately called Prestige Lexus and without hesitation, the person that answered my call took my concerns very serious and told me to come in immediately, which I did. I was able to get a loner to do my errands while my car was been serviced and it was ready with everything correct within a few hours.
