I visited this place two days ago under recommendation of a friend of mine who just bought a pre owned car. I was received by a sales person, Eddie after five minutes I was there, all good. The first thing, before even starting the conversation, I told him about my bad credit score, and that I didn't want him to lose his time with me. He IMMEDIATELY answer to me: Don't worry, I promise you that today you will go out of here with a brand NEW CAR!!! He also explained to me that usually car dealers like Audi, BMW or Mercedes (the Germans like he said) are very hard to approve for bad credits. I was then convinced to run my credit, he said with no risk at all to bring it down. He also asked me what was my budget for the new car and I answered him 850 usd per month, and NO DOWN PAYMENT. At that point he literally disappear for almost 35 minutes; in the mean time a specialist took my BMW and drove it for an inspection. At the very end mr Eddie came back to me with an offer that didn't reflect AT ALL my needs. FIRST He offered me to buy a pre owned car for 20,000 usd (mine worth 42,000... why should I buy someone else's car for half of the value) then when he notice my disappointment he came back to me, after another 20 minutes with his "last offer": pre owned car, 41,900 usd payable in 60 months, after down payment of 6,000 usd and LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN: 1,200 usd per month!!! (78,000 TOTAL), WOW... not too bad for someone who stepped into the store with a simple request: am I going to be approved for a LEASE even with a bad credit score??? Mr Eddie you should have answered ONLY in one way: NO SIR, you won't be eligible for any lease here or anywhere in the US! This way of handling the business was used 75 years ago, i don't think it is fair to treat people like that!!! Like I told to him at the moment I left, I am not upset for what happened to me, just diasappointed on the way in 2023 some people still use those tricks to find new chicken to be plucked (italian way to say: robber the money from someone pockets). Oh, the best part is the manager is using slurs to scare you into buying a car. Just awful. Stay away from this place and if you need more info please call me directly at 917-912-9245. Go to Lexus of Englewood if you are looking for Lexus product. The sales people are nice there and at least they will give you a receipt for your deposit....ha, ha. More

Dealership will wine and dine you until you buy a car and then you are non-existent to them. My husband purchased a used Lexus from this dealership. After numerous issues with the original finance representative (Jorge), the general sales manager (Jeffrey) tried to make right of the situation. Salesman Rey Montes is the middle man and also doesn't return calls or text messages. Now it has been well over a month since his purchase and he's driving with an expired temp tag and they have yet to give the $250 that they admitted they owe from the deal. He can't get a return call or a loaner car regarding the expired temp tag. It is quite obvious that they just don't care about their customer's experience or well being. On top of charging a ridiculous amount for their doc fee ($799) and nitrogen tire fill ($500) and marking their cars up over MSRP or book value (minimum of $2-$3,000), their customer service is terrible and very unprofessional. If you want to go there for a car, be well informed that you won't be taken care of after you drive away. More
Hi Everyone, I have read some of the posted reviews here (somewhat mixed) and I can say my experience was and continues to be a great experience with this dealership. So much so I recommend them to everyone and have already told my sales representative, Michele Hanrahan, to look for another used car; specifically a RX400 hybrid. Because of Michele and Jeffrey Miller, General Sales Manager, I was able to buy their used car (an RX350) that I had found for sale on the internet. In March 2022, Michele and Jeffrey did amazing job of getting me qualified for a car loan I needed to buy this car. What I need to explain is that I was a impossible customer, I had a xxxxty credit rating, so so credit history, the smallest down payment allowed, minimal income, and had been reduced to driving a bicycle in my home town of Toms River NJ (some 90 miles away). Yes, somehow they made it happen (Jeffrey had to have my loan shopped to I think 6 different creditors before he could get approved) and Michele also found me auto insurance after 2 recent at fault accidents. So they have my loyalty, and my fondest gratitude for making the impossible happen. So obviously, I recommend this dealership to all. Lastly, when I returned to pickup my car, I started talking to a woman in the showroom who had recently bought a new Lexus from them and she had nothing but awesome comments about being a continuing customer of this dealership. Very shady business practices, do not trust or do business with this dealership. Brought a used Lexus filled out the credit application. The finance guy, George, altered the information on my credit application when submitting to the bank for approval without my knowledge or permission. Then he told me that with my credit score of 803 the best interest rates they could get me approved for was 6.79% which is thru thier own finance company, not lexus or any of the major banks. They wouldn't admit but I had a feeling they didn't shop my credit application to other banks, so I decide to apply for the same credit loan thru some of the major banks they claimed to have run my credit application thru and to my surprise, was given a much lower rate. I'm very disgusted with the deceitful and dishonest practices of this dealership. Now I'm stuck paying thousand of dollars in interest when I shouldn't be More
I took my car in for maintenance, I am completely satisfied with the entire process. Both the first check in agent and the check in consultant, Steven, were friendly and professional. I received a recorded update on what my car required before they began work on it. I needed a ride back to the dealership to pick up the car when it was done and the check in consultant, Steven, delivered my car to me instead. I appreciate the professionalism of the company from start to finish. More
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First appointment I made a whole week prior with Kim, my sales rep, because I live a distance away. At this appointment I had to wait at least 30 minutes just for them pull the vehicle around. Kim said if took awhile to move cars around. You would think they would of had the vehicle ready considering I had an appointment. Second time around is when I went to finalize the paperwork and pick up my new vehicle. After driving over an hour (with a baby) to Lexus of Ramsey I was told the vehicle was not ready because it needed to be jumped and would need a new battery. This is probably true reason why it took so long to pull vehicle around at first appointment. Granted I was given a loaner vehicle at this point. I was told the vehicle would be delivered to me considering the situation and in two days it should be in and I would receive a phone call. During the next 5 days I was ghosted by Kim. When I finally got ahold of her she didn’t know if my vehicle was ready and I asked her to please let me know by the end of the day. Kim again reassured me the vehicle would be delivered to me. She never got back to me that day. The next time we spoke days later I was told the battery was being delivered that day and once again that vehicle would be delivered to me. The next day the vehicle was ready but after 3 times of first offering delivery and twice reassuring me I was told it could not be delivered anytime soon due to manpower. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone they are ruthless inconsiderate people who will say anything to win you over. Very shady business. More
