Excellent Service I have known Joe Scalo for years and I was happy to see him back at Ramsey location, I drove into service check in without appointment on January 29th I have known Joe Scalo for years and I was happy to see him back at Ramsey location, I drove into service check in without appointment on January 29th with all sorts of error messages and instructions to bring car to dealer for service.. I spotted Joe and told him my problem. He checked messages and explained I needed to leave the car. He immediately set me up with a loaner and called me with the explanation of problem and cost to repair. I picked up my RX350 the next day and all was well. Joe is straight forward, professional and has an ease of manner that definitely makes me feel confident that all problems will be taken care of. More

5000 mile maintenance I know the oil change service here costs a lot. You could go to a place that just does oil changes for much less. The advantage here is the loaner car which makes it that I do not interrupt my day too much. There was not a seat available in the waiting room this past Saturday. They did what they needed to do in 4 hours. Sometimes they have had to keep my car overnight, but that's okay with me. More
